11. Refunds for Founding Members

• If you become a founding member, you are eligible for a refund subject to the following conditions:

  a. The refund request window begins 30 days after the official launch date of our services.

  b. You must submit your refund request within 90 days after the official launch date of our services.

  c. To request a refund, contact our customer support team at support@aimarketinghive.com.

  d. If you have accessed and used either the DFY Book or DFY Course as part of the founding member bonuses, no refunds will be allowed.

• Refunds will be issued in the form of a certified check and sent via certified mail, unless both parties have agreed upon an alternative method in writing.
